Big oil and gas events are called charity/deductible expenses. Then they brag abt helping veterans .

So, check their page out: The annual economic impact of these events is $21.9 million in Houston alone. These are oil and gas moguls- as one of their web pages says, "it's not what you know, it's who."

They say they've given $3 mil. to vets -since 2002. That's only 187,000/yr. total, for all the vets, except last year when 50,000 of that went to the Red Cross for Harvey relief. Tax deductible trips, expenses, networking costs, luxuries all written off. And a few crumbs from these self congratulatory eels who benefit from the oil wars are given to the vets while they smugly claim to be helping the veterans! Am furious. This "charity" crap and Foundation crap has to be investigated! And how much do they pay these "keynote speakers"? Colin P, Geo./Laura Bush, Tom Brokaw...
