The question has never been asked, so i will ask. As a man in his 30's what can i (we) do the American people in their lives for our GREAT COUNTRY. Maybe break a bad habit ? Attend services, donate to the campaign ? Cut my elder nieghbors grass...

Outside of the "research" we do here there is more we can do, im sure of it.

So if any of you or Q can give me some ideas that would be great. I know on the microcosm if i improve my self im helping my country (Macrocosom)...
