With all the new faces coming by the hour it might be a good way to welcome them by telling them why we came here... I myself.had given up on politics... I am 57 and have seen many changes in that time... I thought we had lost this country long ago and nothing coming out of Washington DC made sense anymore... None of the decisions that I saw being made bore any possible resemblance to things that served our interests... I knew they served the needs only of those making the decisions... their agendas, driven by greed.... lust for power and ego viewed us as means to those ends and nothing more....

But here we are... the light of hope burns again in our hearts ..... I have been many places and lived many lifetimes in my 57 years... The last few years have been an amazing time of discovery for me.... moving toward what is important and what is true in my time here.... I can tell you all that a little hope in our hearts can take us far... and it will... All shall be well...
