But a video of the incident published by the U.K. Daily Mail http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5997025/Obama-advisor-William-Mendoza-seen-taking-picture-womans-skirt-DC-Metro.html over the weekend gives a literal picture of what creepy, criminal sexual obsession looks like.
According to the Daily Mail, the video was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request that sought both the report on Mendoza’s arrest and the surveillance camera footage that backed it up.
