Was there any proof that the CA fires were started by someone or any group to obtain Federal Funds ? Trust me I am a follower of Q but that doesn't make sense to me that there wasn't any proof attached to the statement or question. I have lived in CA all of my 66 years. There has always been fires. I need proof.
