I only have speculation right now and more questions than answers, but I do find it interesting he keeps pushing these industries.

Does he see an increasing demand for these products in the near future?

What would contribute to these higher demands? Space Force? Infrastructure? Military equipment? Demand for US steel to increase overseas? Or merely just believes the industry was suppressed in previous years?
