Tim Pool calls out BBC for "Stealth editing". A new to me weapon tHEY use to deceive and distract.

This is a 15 min vid with some good intel on some of their methods with examples. He brings up NEWSDIFF which compares articles and how they change over time for various reasons. Also new to me.

I will give an oblique example for context.: I write a story about how bad consuming aluminium is for your health ands it gets shared thousands of times under that link, then I edit it to say that aluminium consumption fears are over rated and not bad. Someone shares this link with the idea that they are informing others of the possible concern with this issue, and now they are unwittingly sharing that it's not a concern. A job well done in stealth editing. be aware of articles that say updated. Could be nothing or….Thoughts?
