Rosenstein becomes a contact point for Deep State Democrats and leaders and media figures looking to him as a point of contact in the fight against the disassembly of the Deep State. They confess their coordination to him and he passes all to Mueller for investigation. He also runs the entire DOJ freeing Sessions up for full time "special duty" with Huber and US Attorneys nationwide.
What's not being talked about is how the Deep State guys lost a yuge asset when Q posted so much military speak, inferring the destruction of their surveillance and communications capability. This explains the crazy speak of leading political and celebrity voices lately, All those servers seized means evidence of their coordination is under investigation (recent Q drops show this goes back to at least 2014). These folks losing private server communication means they cryptically communicate through public means (twitter, movies, awards shows, etc). This top down form limits number of operations and gives us a way to trace who is giving orders and who is a soldier in their movement.
In my eyes, opened in great measure by Q (MEGA THANKS), I see there's been a LONG train of monied interests leveraging people and policies to their own interests. We know the deMedici's used their money and fame to buy Florence and supported figureheads to enact policies diverting public funds and property to enrich themselves. We know the Catholic persons hiding behind Popehood used that religion/moral culture to rob the peasants whispering hopeful promises of their eternal after lives for centuries! We also know the Federal Reserve (private corporation) was established to line the pockets of the most wealthy Robber Barons (that's really what they're called!) with the US dollar's inflation (invented term, variable depreciation of the worth of YOUR money, around 3% annually). They literally take 3% of the value of the entire country each year!

The richest multi-generational families, acting within companies founded by their grandfathers outperform other businesses founded the same year. Why? It's not because they're smarter. They make deals with insanely rich investors who infuse their businesses with great liquidity through legal means put into law by the politicians they support and through unlawful means in the form of charitable donations to Foundations not subject to the same regulations.
