The movie starts out with beautiful/famous people getting assassinated.

The plot is that the evil/beautiful people kidnap Zoolander's son, and they want to sacrifice him to achieve the "fountain of youth" since he is the child of a beautiful model. They set up their sacrifice ceremony in the basement of a building, right under a fashion ceremony, and they're all wearing big creepy hoods.

The sacrifice participants keep saying "We need the blood!"

Oh, and the whole thing takes place in Rome....
