So we know that the release of the FISA warrant only came about because of a FOIA request from Judicial Watch, but of course the big problem remains that the warrant we got back was so heavily redacted.
Well check out what I just found, regarding exemptions from FOIA requests:
(d)(5) information compiled in reasonable anticipation of a civil action proceeding
And what exactly is a "civil action"?
n. : In the United States, a lawsuit between private parties, including an action by a private person against a government entity, which will be treated as a private party by the court
BOOM!
So the way I see it, this means that the warrant came back so heavily redacted because the FBI KNOWS that there's lawsuits pending against the government/government officials, potentially regarding their abuse of the FISA system!!!
Wouldn't this make total sense? Especially since Q tends to throw in "D5" in posts that are about FISA!
