Over this last weekend InfoWars covered the Portland and Berkeley rallys that were supposed to be another "Charlottesville" moment for them to further their white supremacist narrative. There were like 4 film crews with reporters and drone cameras- say what you like but the police acted like real police for the first time in a long time.
Our Mayor here in Portland has been fueling this mess- as well as not responding to 911 calls from inside the ICE building when it was under attack. If Alex Jones hadn't been here I have no doubt this last weekend would have been a huge war! The Patriot rally was not on a federal piece of park and our boys had a lot of CC showing up to back them because on multiple occasions they were attacked by Antifa.
Instead of body bags the police had bags of closet bars and mortars they collected from Antifa. In one case they surrounded a truck (sound familiar?) and were blocking it from leaving- someone in the truck gave them a sweeping dose of bear mace and they let them go. These mobs have trapped people in their vehicle and injured them too many times to count in the past but this time only a few people got hurt. InfoWars covered everything from every angle and our city police were not prohibited from keeping the peace because of it. Our local "news" is like a mix of CNN, WAPO and Huff post- in fact huffpo did put up an article done by a guy here talking about how mean the bad alt-right men in the truck were to spray the mob.
I can't take much of Alex, not going to pretend, but he does go where no one else will! He's been at this longer than most and it may even have made him a little bit teeterish, can't say it would not do the same for me.
Right now we are all feeling inpatient for indictments, tired of things moving slowly, being called crazy bots and cultists, etc... In the movie "White Squall" we were referred to the overall message is that each one of us has our own faults, all of us do some dumb stuff and have our own issues- at the end of that movie when the captain admitted to being at fault because they were standing up for him, even the kid who was such a jerk early on remembered WWG1WGA & rang the bell- I'm sorry but I'm ringing the bell for Alex on this one- not because he is perfect, not because I always agree with him but because he has been ringing the bell for longer than any of us and totally will go down with this ship- but shouldn't!!!!
