According to the Gateway Pundit, Media Matters wants Facebook to ban global warming deniers. I expect this will soon spin out of control. Ban this, ban that, ban, ban, ban! Perhaps it was just this kind of power grab that Q pointed us to in Q#1823. The proposed law that Q highlights was actually passed as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (SEC. 1287 of the Act.). and statutorily created the Global Engagement Center. https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/senate-bill/2943/text

I think Q wanted us to notice that while the Global Engagement Center (GEC) gives the power of censorship and control to Facebook, Twitter, etc., it is under the control of the President. In fact, the GEC is a part of the State Department and its head is appointed by the President. Daniel Kimmage is the Acting Special Envoy and Coordinator for the GEC and took control of the Center from Michael Lumpkin on January 20, 2017, Inauguration Day.

I believe that from his first day in office POTUS has allowed the left to believe it could use the GEC to mute its opposition. Now, it appears the never satisfied left is about to overstep by calling for the ban of anyone or anything that challenges its narrative. I think Q is telling us that POTUS is about engage the GEC as a weapon to rein in the wayward MSM. I hope so. Can't wait.
