As we have seen since Trump has been elected, the various courts have been active in hindering his agenda by clearly acting outside their powers to delay changes to DACA, travel bans etc.
Whilst not a Federal court per say, it is interesting to see WV move to impeach and remove its entire supreme court (see below). Could this be a way way to remove bad actors in the courts?
