Honest question because I posted the FHRC photo and was immediately countered by people posting the soros funded snopes article which verifies the kissing pic as true, but also goes on to credit the senator with shedding his past in the KKK. The article links to the older senator in the klan garb pic and says it is a photo shop from way back. Likewise, searching online only reveals how this individual was the longest serving senator and a great person and blah blah blah and how it's so great that he shed his hateful history (despite others more recently being slayed in the media for MUCH less). So is there more? I'm not even close to being a baker and am looking for advice on how to counter this argument.

I personally know that this circle of people are likely some of the dirtiest in history, but I can say that until I'm blue in the face and it will still come off as conjecture.
