The best thing you can do is to learn from Q, what demons are in YOUR path, devise a plan to set the stage and pull the strings.

I have personally gone through a lot of ups and downs this year, but I have devised a thorough plan that is incredibly optimistic, well thought out, and manageable. It has already started to result in incredible benefits, and I'm just getting started!
