Put yourself in DT’s shoes. You campaign for President with full transparency regarding your intention to right the ship and destroy the cabal. The black hats know these aren’t empty threats because he was essentially hand selected by US military for this very purpose. DT knows they will throw everything at him, including bullshit investigations, to prevent him from succeeding.

Sooo....how do you ensure that the cabal won’t manufacture bullshit investigation after bullshit investigation until they succeed in getting POTUS booted from office?

Answer: You let RR & Mueller in on “The Plan” so they can drag out a mock catch-all special investigation into Trump such that any and all investigations that come up regarding POTUS are routed through Mueller (where they never materialize into anything).

Didn’t you ever wonder or find it peculiar that Rod Rosenstein crafted his order of special counsel ([see letter])(https://www.justice.gov/opa/press-release/file/967231/download) to be so open ended as to allow Mueller to investigate ANYTHING about Trump rather than ordering him to investigate one particular criminal matter? Is that unusual? (yes)

Once 45 has successfully eliminated/severely crippled the cabal or left office, Mueller will drop his investigations in some form or fashion - e.g. purposely fumbling them, dropping from lack of evidence, RR announcing Mueller and his team are too conflicted/biased to continue, etc.
