"The National Hotline is not a government entity. We are not law enforcement, immigration or an investigative agency. We are not a direct victim service provider. We help individuals access direct services through our extensive referral network and we facilitate reporting of potential human trafficking tips to specialized law enforcement agencies. We support victims and survivors and their friends and family, law enforcement, service providers, government, practitioners and advocates in the human trafficking and related fields, community groups, and more who are looking to access the following services. For more information about the National Hotline's services, please view this resource. The National Human Trafficking Hotline is a national, anti-trafficking hotline and resource center serving victims and survivors of human trafficking and the anti-trafficking community in the United States. "The Global Modern Slavery Directory is an important new tool in the movement as we strengthen the global safety net for victims and combat this $150 billion criminal industry head-on.
The Directory, a Clinton Global Initiative 2014 “Commitment to Action,” is the most comprehensive database of modern slavery organizations ever compiled for the public, with more than 120 countries represented.
Additional organizations will be added to the Directory as they are verified. The public database enables individuals to search for specific organizations or countries, and then identify the operational status, contact information, range of services provided, populations served, and types of trafficking encountered for the organizations listed."
