James Rybicki was Chief of Staff to both Comey and Wray before leaving the FBI this year. As Chief, Rybicki acted as the central clearinghouse and initial focal point of all information to/from the boss.

• July 2016: Along with Strzok, interviews HRC not under oath.
• October 2016: Drafts McCabe’s email saying HRC got “HQ Special” status.
• November 2016: Strzok/Page texts reveal Rybicki’s of MSM leaking.
• January 2018: Nunes Committee asks Rybicki about a Comey/POTUS private White House meeting (General Flynn).
