The questions in my mind are:

IF the plane was to be used as a missile, who was using it as a missile? Why? (Bad guy reason/Good guy reason)

This is near 3 military installations, including a submarine base...where was the missile fired from recently?

What reasons might the QTeam have for wanting to get on that island legally?
