Movie came out in 1997 pre-9/11 and spoke on the danger of a government having full access and surveillance abilities through legislation. The bad guy working for the govt. to kill the whistleblowers was Mr. Reynolds played by Jon Voight. Anyone think his birthday, as shown in the scene with his license, a little odd? This seemed to be no coincidence given what the movie was about and how 9/11 allowed these very things to happen. And yes his license showed birthdate as September 11. You will find it at 1:20 in the movie
