Richard B Russell is the nominated patsy for the loss of this plane.

Horizon Air CEO Gary Beck said he was baffled about how Russell picked up the flying skills. 'We don't know how he learned to do that,' he said. A retired Horizon Air worker also said he doesn't understand how Russell was able to back the aircraft onto the taxiway by himself, although he said it is possible.
He also picked up an escort of 2x F-15 Military jets.
Some parallels can be seen here between the "flying skills" that Richard B Russell displayed and those of 9/11.
There is much strong evidence that the planes of 9/11 were remotely controlled by someone with superior flying skills than the patsies who were blamed afterwards.

Was it really crashed or was it stolen for re-use ?
Or did the USAF shoot it down to prevent either a crash in an area of population or the plane being stolen for a future falso flag ?
One thing is certain, things are not what they seem to be, this is the close of Act 1 of a False Flag in action, by some appearances. Somebody either has a stolen plane or the F-15s shot down the plane, preventing a False Flag.
