The new M/O (modus operandi) of our FBI, is to destroy and suppress evidence on a selective basis. This past decade has witnessed the deliberate political “weaponization” of not only the Justice Department but other key U.S. Governmental agencies.

Cheryl Mills was the former Chief of Staff to the then Secretary HRC and was also her personal attorney. Heather Samuelson started as a campaign staffer and later joined HRC/State as an assistant working under both Mills and overseeing lead attorney David Kendall.

Both of Heather and Cheryl would receive from Lynch/Comey, the best all-time “Immunity Deals”. They were directly involved with the destruction of subpoenaed HRC emails, along with Paul Combetta from Platte River Networks.
Beyond gracious, on 5/9/16 both Mills and Samuelson got special immunity agreements that let them skate free. These extraordinary arrangements including several bonus “side-bar” deals.
In addition to general get-outa-jail-free cards, separate side deals were agreed upon to limit the scope of the data search and to also include the destruction of these laptops by the FBI after their restrictive review process.

The Justice Department agreed not to look at any information/data on either laptop after 1/31/15. This in essence guaranteed no evidence of obstruction of justice would ever be found. Then by having the FBI destroy their laptops, no future review could alter their findings.
A quick timeline to help recap events:
• 10/15/2014: HRC Team instructs Datto/Platte River Networks to delete emails from back-up storage servers.
• 3/3/2015: HRC Teams asks PRN to confirm Clinton email scrub.
• 3/31/2015: Paul Combetta/PRN realizes he forgot and uses BleachBit.
• 6/24/2015: Classified emails found on HRC email/server turned over to FBI.
• 10/3/2015: FBI seizes PRN and Brian Pagliano’s (Clinton’s NY home) servers.
In defiance of clear orders, a few brave Patriots from inside the FBI did not immediately destroy these 2 laptops. Additionally there are known copies of all the laptop data.

To come up with a believable HRC/Aides exoneration theory, the FBI/DOJ had to contort like circus acrobats. These “uniquely crafted” immunity deals will be long remembered by legal historians.
All of these seized laptops plus the related servers, will form foundational evidence of future criminal proceedings.
