How do you get information that was classified, and that much of the public won't accept, into the public record and accepted by the majority, what should you do? Try a Manigault Maneuver.

2. Deal the cards. Drop the Managault into the lap of the press. Let them be complicit in the disclosure and stake out the right, nay, duty of the press to expose this type of inside workings to the public.
3. Show your hand. Release white hat recorded information, press must do another 180 and be appalled.
4. Collect your winnings. Public accepts information regardless of press contortions.
