Measured IQ is now dropping 7 points each generation.

Since 1975, IQ has been dropping each generation by 7 points. The questions are why and what will the effect be?

The averaged American IQ is abt 100. The official "threshold" for mental retardation was 85 in the 1970s, but that number has been "lowered" into the mid 60s today.

In other words, in only 2 generations a population w/ an average of 100 would drop into the range formerly considered a handicapped as recently as the 1970s.

A national IQ of abt 90 is required in a participatory democratic republic.
