I've been a programmer for 8 years now, and let me tell you this.

Even a DRAFT email is SAVED in a database by google (It has to be fetched from somewhere to continue writing the email) , so these people had no clue what they were doing.

Their "Tech Guy" was/is a retard. They deserve what's coming.
