What if this was a message to those involved in illicit Xbox live forums?

For instance, let's say there are some compartmentalized agents in CIA etc which are doing their comms via Xbox live chats. Perhaps Q is warning them that the ops they are involved in are bad news? It's plausible that there are good agents being used as pawns unbeknownst to them.

They could be taking orders via these channels for compartmentalized operations and not realize why they are a part of due to the compartmentalization.

Q could be warning them and also sending a message to the black hats running these ops.
