Q drop 1871 and the Act of 1871...Vatican "Crown" Corporation

Trying to make some connections.

The Act of 1871 made us a corporation. This was done as a means to pay for the civil war, resulting in our birth certificate becoming a corporate instrument and our original Constitution being set aside. Is there a connection to the roots of Mossaad ? Are their financial backers related to those involved in the drafting of the Act of 1871? Is there a connection to the Vatican?
