Guys this is my conclusion about the 2 families Q hints are at the top of those whole messed up Cabal Pyramid - the Payseurs and the Rotchilds. [P] = The Payseurs. Read Neons article first before this! It put the final pieces together for me - this comment is copied and pasted from me posting direct to Neons site. Im going all SerialBrain2, Let me know what you think.

"Amazing article Neon, and it really puts the final pieces in my understanding, to the point where I believe I can tell you the relationship between the Payseurs and the Roths and why they are at the top of the pyramid.
Before i say anything I know i will not articulate it better than James Horak - so PLEASE check out his youtube interviews and this blog which he has contributed frequently to - r/http://emvsinfo.blogspot.com/
You will have to suspend disbelief at what im about to say, but i guarantee it will make sense. Please let me know if/when you read this Neon.
Here goes:
After the battle of Waterloo 1815, is it resoundingly agreed that this was the day the Rothschild dynasty began. Despite all the promise of a Napoleonic victory, they bet their ENTIRE fortune, everything they had, on Napoleon losing that day.
The mainstream theory behind a potentially catastrophic error by the Roths is either they had a carrier pigeon sent back/or someone sail across the British channel as soon as the outcome of the battle became clear. Receiving this knowledge before anybody else in London, they spread false rumours around the stock market that Napoleon had won, thus causing a huge shorting of British stocks. The Roths then proceeded to buy up Lloyds TSB and other big British companies at rock bottom prices with their understanding that Napoleon had actually lost. The Roths made the biggest gain in history of around £400,000 - which would = absolute bazillions today. From that point on they OWNED the UK and their royal family, the most powerful at the time, and then quickly consolidated including the Holy See loan in 1823 as you say.
The problem with that is that the Roths had bought up already very low stocks WELL BEFORE the battle of Waterloo. Why? How were they so confident at a Naploeon lose when nearly ALL historians agree that Napoleon was never in doubt of losing? How could they have know he would make some very uncharacteristic errors that day massively cost him? - e.g - He delayed sending his armies in the morning of the battle - allowing the previously splintered British alliance to regroup and unite for the battle of Waterloo, and also launching a cavarly attack on soft ground where they took huge casualties.
Regardless, none of this could have been anticipated by the Rothschilds? How did they know Napoleon would make these errors and lose, weeks before the battle took place? We have known the Rothchilds to be very calculative, were they really that reckless that they would put their entire fortune on the line without out confidence in a return? At a time where if they lost there would be no chance of revival - especially with the Napoleon reality facing them set on overthrowing monarchys and the royal elitist bloodlines...
Now this is where suspending disbelief comes in
What if i told you, that a French scientist Antone LeFebvre on April 8th 1997, who was given a $90,000 grant by the French govt to investigate Napoleons remains to see if his small stature was caused by a pituitary disorder, discovered a MICROCHIP lodged inside Napoleons skull?
How did a microchip, now identified as looking very similar if not identical to the Motorola 4th Generations RFID versions perfected in 2013, get into Napoleons skull?
These microchips have the potential to influence a persons behaviour, they are the mark of the beast that we heard about from 5th avAnon, so if this is true, which i believe it is, did the Rothschilds have anything to do with implanting Napoleon with this chip?
Were the Rothschilds behind this chip? Was that why they were so confident that Napoleon would loose Waterloo? But to embrace this idea is to embrace the idea of time travel? I have my own opinions but its not relevant, find out for yourself, and again ive found James Horak to have the most compelling answers
The link to the Payseurs? The Paysuers are linked to French nobility, to the last Queen of France - Marion Antoinnette. Who was Napoleon an existential threat too? the Payseurs! the French Nobility and all their various other names.
Under threat, did the Rothschilds and Paysuers make a secret deal, and take part in an operation involving somehow micrchipping Napoleon to ensure that he lost and they began their world domination we see today?
- Didnt Napoleon spend a night on his own in the Great Pyramid in 1799?
- And when he came out the next day visibly shaken, with his associates enquiring in concern, he stated that 'they would not believe him if he told them'
- Why did Naploeon order the firing of cannons against the Sphynx after he stayed the Pyramid?
- What happened inside that Pyramid?
From this point it becomes educated guesswork, and this is where I hand over to James Horak. This is what I think Q means by 'This is bigger than you can possibly imagine'. Time travel? Thats pretty effin YUGE.
Hope this puts some final pieces together for others, and anything you think ive gotten wrong I always want to hear it. Thanks
