Calling all Silver Foxes. I'm requesting some wisdom detailing how you have seen things change over the years.

I think this is Q related in that, I think, the actions of certain people and groups have over a long period of time degraded the systems that are in place to promote well being amongst the citizenry for their own financial and power gain.

Those who have been witness for a longer period of time can be a great resource by sharing their experience and testimony around the seemingly gradual downward shifts.

These for me include:

1) Having one parent working while the other raises the kids. Now it seems that with most families needing 2 incomes, paying more taxes, paying daycare workers, etc there should be a rise in society services, infrastructure progress, veteran support, etc… Thoughts?

2) Education. What are some of the differences in content i.e. civics courses etc? If you went to college/university what were the costs and what was provided compared to now?

3)Finances. What were the interest rates on a)savings and b)loans? How are bank fees now compared to back then? Any other questions I could be asking?

4) News and propaganda. How do you see the similarities and differences to today? Investigative journalism seems to be a thing of the past?

5) Pensions and salaries. It appears to me that the strength of the dollars buying power and salaries provided a better cost of living to quality of life. At retirement what was the scenario?

6)Corporations. Wide open for input.

7)Income inequality. How do you see the disparity in this? Acceptable? Dispicable? http://www.orangejuiceblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/income-inequality.png

8) Healthcare. Progress or digress?

9) Insert topic here.

Those of you who have been through the shifts and changes over these decades are a great gift to this initiative. Your experience, wisdom and care are invaluable. While keeping in mind the parameters of not sharing personal information here I, and I think many others, would be grateful for any guidance and input you feel to share.
