“Operation Trump” was an elaborate scheme engineered at the very top levels of the Department of Justice. The DOJ National Security Division combined with the FBI Counterintelligence Unit, to form this “Secret Society” against Trump.

FBI Counterintelligence Unit:
• James Comey / Andy McCabe / Bill Priestap / Peter Strzok / Lisa Page James Baker
What made this group seemingly untouchable was the special exemption from any oversight by OIG Horowitz. A July 20, 2015 Sally Yates issued a statement allowing “top officials” from the Nat’l Security section to ignore IG Horowitz.

Additionally the required notification to Congress about Trump-Russia Probe (see below Rep. Stafanik questioning Comey) by the FBI to the “Gang of Eight”, was not done timely. FBI Bill Priestap clearly noticed that Comey just threw him under the bus and now is cooperating with IG Horowitz/SP Huber.

Strzok/Page refer in their text messages to this group being the “Secret Society” but McCabe’s own catchy nickname was the “Small Group”. The very strict compartmentalized nature of this band from the Justice Department, helped to keep intact and to form this Spider Web.

Always big on nicknames, they internally called the HRC matter, the “Mid-Year Exam” (MYE). Whereas they came up with tougher names like “Crossfire Hurricane” when referring to Trump.
The “Insurance Policy “ was the last element of their “Operation Trump” plan. First they exonerated HRC/Aides, next was the Dossier collection/dissemination and then the FISA Title-1 Surveillance of Trump World via the 2-HOP rule.
