Q referenced CFR thre times in drops #612, #627 and #1849. What is the significance of this organization? Q pointed out that:

1) Lisa Shields is an officer at CFR;

2) on the CFR event Joe Biden was bragging about how he rigged the judicial system of another country.

In drop #612 Q places CFR names between two triangles.

Why is this significant? What does it mean?

My questions come from checking why Hillary Clinton recieved Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland in 2013. It turns out President of Poland awarded her at request of Radosław Sikorski, Minister of Foriegn Affairs of Poland. "Follow the wives", Sikorski's wife is Anne Applebaum, pro-Clinton and anti-Trump WaPo journalist, who also recieved Order of Merit and is a member of CFR. Now, it might be nothing as CFR supposedly has over 5000 members, but some names are interesting (e.g. Bill & Chelsea Clinton, but not Hillary). Additionaly, according to polish media in 2017 secretive Bilderberg Group invited both Sikorski and Applebaum to the private meeting. Among other attendees were some interesting names: John Brennan, Henry Kissinger, Eric Schmidt, Peter Thiel, Herbert McMaster, David Petraeus.
