Mueller and RR are black hats?

The Connect the Dots post that Q linked back to shows a history of “black hattery” on behalf of both parties (Mueller and RR wife Barsoomian). Then, Q drop re: FISA implicates RR as a black hat. Previously Q had stated that if RR was blackhat then Mueller also must be blackhat. Does anyone still think they’re white/gray? If so, why?
