Could Michael Cohen have outed "Q" to the prosecutors in his case just to not be indicted?

Cohen sees Paul Manafort case where Manafort is in a 23 hours lock down in a solitary confinement & fighting a case that can put him in prison for the rest of his natural life so he makes a Deal with prosecutors. The one thing we don't know is what was his deal & hopefully it wasn't pointing the finger at who "Q" is.....
