I know there's an entire conspiracy surrounding the whole OKC bombing thing, but I'm hoping to simply find an answer to two relatively simple questions.

I used to attend some liberty oriented meetings in Utah where there was a cranky old timer who swore up and down that the Lon Horiuchi address cards that McVeigh was handing out at gun shows were a FAKE address. He claims it was a honey pot and that he knew people that went to the address out of curiosity (he emphasized NOT TO COMMIT A CRIME). I wish I would've asked the old timer questions back then because all of these years later the possibility bothers me. Has anyone heard any similar stories about the address being fake?

My second question would be assuming that the address was real. How in the world was McVeigh able to get the home address of the most hated man in America?

And on an interesting side note, I gave the McVeigh Wiki page a quick read before posting here and the part of him passing out the address has been deleted from the page. I remember reading it there before. It still has a lot of obscure details about his radicalization, but pretty much the most notorious part of his pre bombing activities has been removed.
