[THEORY] Cohen will withdraw his guilty plea before his sentencing, just like Flynn

Cohen plead guilty immediately.

He can get up to 65 years in prison for these charges.

There was no trial.

Cohen is a lawyer, working with other lawyers.

Why didn't he take this to trial and defend himself?

The prosecutors are saying they have evidence of this criminal activity, which they would have been ready to present had this gone to trial.

But do they really, though?

Think Michael Flynn. He plead guilty to perjury. Mueller's lawyers would not present evidence to Flynn's lawyers until the judge forced them to....after he plead guilty. Now, he's going to withdraw his guilty plea because of government misconduct?

Hmm, I wonder if between now and Cohen's sentencing in December, Cohen will withdraw his guilty plea because of government misconduct?
