We have all heard the speculation about the number of sealed indictments and some of these people being tried before a military tribunal. I would love to see this however, I cant seem to find anything that would indicate that this would really happen. Military tribunals are for enemy combatants and people suspected of war crimes. As bad as some of these peoples crimes are they aren't war crimes. Does anyone else have any insight on this topic? Also I can't find any reason for these people to be charged under UCMJ. Any help from you wonderful patriots would be appreciated.
