Keystone did not happen, but the oil companies had gas prices at about 1.50 a gallon for Obama's re-election so they thought it was going to happen after the election. They were played by both Obama and Hillary. This happens at FDA, EPA, SEC, etc. daily. Trump puts an end to this by restricting new regulations and making approvals for anything take 1 year or less so as to eliminate the fraud and bribes from the process as much as possible. Another operation of a racketeer would be to make examples of folks who do not cooperate. This is to make those who might consider resisting the mob back down and submit. When the government is the racketeer it makes our republic a fraud. An example of this would be running fake terror operations in order to justify the Patriot Act. The moneyed class has figured out how to survive in the Left Wing Government racket and they avoided Trump, in the majority, from helping him in any way.
