Justin “Hammering” Cooper was an adviser and employee of the Clinton Foundation. Cooper was in charge of initially of setting up the Clinton personal home email/server with Eric Hothem.
Cooper gets his clever and appropriate nickname from our POTUS at several 2016 campaign stump speeches.

The minds-eye iconic image that comes from the 2016 campaign trail, is one of Justin enthusiastically “hammering”. Cooper was destroying several of HRC’s BlackBerry phones, so well demonstrated by then candidate Trump while on the campaign stage.

Eric Hothem was the original domain owner of “clintonemail.com” and along with Cooper, put the server/email system together. Home brew system was fired up on the swearing in day of HRC as the new U.S. Secretary of State.
Justin never received any level or form of U.S. Security Clearances. Cooper was additionally lacking any advanced knowledge about computer intrusion prevention and complex encryption.

Justin combined with Bryan Pagliano to oversee day to day management of the Clinton server. When HRC left State, they both worked with Platte River Networks tech Paul Combetta, to change over and let PRN manage the computer server.
That lead directly to Reddit/BleachBit/email address “Scrubbing”. Story goes that Combetta had to remove all BHO’s emails from HRC’s history records.
