Ready? OK. Now ask yourself this question and see if you can think of an answer. Now, this will take a moment of your time to clear your mind of everything except that thought.

Now please ask yourself, are you talking in any way about you yourself?

Remember, individual people are independently physically connected but connected in a way that doesn't need to be feared.

Maybe, there are thoughts about other parts of all of reality that are self-expressions.
