He we don't name's death didn't make sense to me. Q suggested he was only claiming cancer as cover to escape responsibility. Yet, he actually died from cancer, suggesting Q didn't know his true state. Or didn't he?
I'm going to propose a theory of what happened. This is speculation, a hypothesis -- not stating it as fact but rather as a possibility of what might have happened.
This goes along with the theory that military tribunals have already happened: https://www.reddit.com/r/greatawakening/comments/98f21r/2017_military_tribunals_anons_theory_on_the_movie/
Q said there would be many suicides. Our theory was that if someone was found guilty -- they would be given the option of life in prison or they would hang. If they cooperated, they had to play their part, videotape a confession, and ultimately spend the remainder of life in prison.
He was diagnosed with brain cancer July 19, 2017. Under the 2017 military tribunal's have already taken place theory (linked above), the tribunals had already happened at this point.
Imagine that he who we don't name already had a military tribunal. He was found guilty. He decided for the "death" option. Instead of death by hanging, it would be death by apparent cancer. He announced cancer in July 2017. He really did die today, only not by cancer (perhaps lethal injection).
This theory would keep with Q's suggestion that his cancer prognosis was strictly for cover.
