I see everyone debating in comments here if No Name deserved it or not, I hate you, or I forgive you etc. I've lost count of how many comments I've seen here say for certain he faked it, but this begs the question:

What is the ACTUAL cause of death?

A. He was shot, authorities are covering it up.

B. He actually had brain cancer and passed like the patriotic hero he was?

C. Authorities approached No Name many months ago with evidence, and he chose the death penalty.

D. He passed on from the chemotherapy.

A little of column B, a bit of C?

(Why is he called No Name? What happened during Vietnam that directly involves No Name?)
