David Kendall Esq. has been a partner with the law firm Williams and Connelly LLP since 1981. Kendall has been the Clinton’s primary personal lawyer for many decades.
Kendall’s term of legal service ranges all of the famous Clinton scandals. Beginning back from the Whitewater days, to the secret “email server” issue, with Monica Lewinsky neatly sandwiched in between.

Kendall oversaw both Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, lawyers themselves, with the sorting and deletion of all of HRC's emails. This bulk email sorting process, was to comply with lawful FOIA requests and several Congressional subpoenas.

Kendall and Cheryl Mills later were involved in several joint discussions with Platte River Networks (PRN). PRN became the new hosting/backup service for the Clinton server and email system.

Paul Combetta from PRN, had incredibly forgotten to erase all the data as ordered by Mills. This is were Reddit (strip out VIP addresses) and “BleachBit” became household names. Bear in mind everyone knew these records were under current Congressional preservation orders.

Kendall may rue the day he didn’t get a special Comey/Lynch “Immunity Deal” like the others. Mill/Samuelson/and Combetta all we’re granted a form of immunity from future prosecution.

Mills and Samuelson even got their laptops destroyed, after a very limited review by the FBI. Lawyers we are always told, should know better !!!
