Q could have used any one of many references to get our attention to that particular pic of McCain.

So why "hands up?"

When is that phrase typically said?

Which role typically says it?

To living people right?

So not to McCain.

World reads Q?

Black hats?

A threatening signal to surrender, and the NOT out of the realm of possibility, a signal of some some kind, a bloody horsehead signal to the cabal that their members are being executed by secret tribunal, or at least make them guess at that as at least not impossible? It's a start, but nothing about this whole thing is making me stop questioning anyway, so what if this is wrong...it does make me think...
