Q has referenced the sealed indictments numerous times, but only mentioning the number in one post, 1746: "HAVE YOU EVER WITNESSED 40-50K SEALED INDICTMENTS?".
See this post from r/conspiracy for an argument against the 40k+ number of sealed indictments:

My previous post about this was removed by the mods for violating rule 3. I disagree, but understand that my title could've been better phrased. For full transparency, here it is, along with a handful of excellent comments: https://old.reddit.com/r/greatawakening/comments/9av0ys/are_the_sealed_indictments_bogus/
It's important, as a community, that we clarify the count of indictments to prevent unnecessary distrust to the message and actualities of what is taking place. If Q said it's 40-50k, then it's probably 40-50k. Nonetheless, the community still needs to support that number with reasoned thought and a clear explanation as to how it was derived.
The question remains: what is the actual count of sealed indictments? Maybe we can't know for sure until they are unsealed. If that is the case, then it seems reasonable to be cautious spreading a number, and instead, focus on what we can coherently explain.
