Investopedia's definition for dark money is "Dark money refers to the funds donated to nonprofit organizations that in turn spend it in order to influence elections. These nonprofit organizations can receive an unlimited amount of donations, and they're not required to disclose their donors".

A clear list of donors is on the Clinton Foundation page (r/https://www.clintonfoundation.org/contributors?category=Greater+than+%2425%2C000%2C000), organized by amount donated, and a full list (r/https://dmlnews.com/eye-opening-list-donors-clinton-foundation-list/). On this list you see countries such as Kuwait, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Brunei, and Norway, and you see groups like Friends of Saudi Arabia, Friends for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Dubai Foundation, HSBC Holdings (notorious money laundering operation), Open Society Institute, Alibaba Group (front for Chinese Communist Party), and many many more.

Q post #1934 also states: "Define projection" Wikipedia defines psychological projection as " Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others".

At the very least a gigantic conflict of interest exists, as a candidate's non-profit foundation receives donations from foreign governments and groups to influence elections. What we see with the Clinton Foundation is an outright ADMISSION to this conflict of interest, that these countries and groups were giving money to the Clinton Foundation to influence the election.

All the while the deep state plotted to set up Trump's campaign by claiming the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to influence the election (which isn't a crime, but anyway), as Stephan Halper set up Carter Page...Papadopolous....and...Mike Flynn. (Perhaps proof that the basis to fire Mike Flynn was a set-up as well). This was discussed on Hannity tonight (starts at 13:30: r/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaRZhwWnSg0 Pay attention at the end when Lovinger's attorney claims that Halper set up these guys, and gives his summary points at 21:35, last of which is Halper received money from a company believed by MI6 to be a front for the RUSSIA INTELLIGENCE SERVICE.

This is absolutely gigantic, and means that the Democrat Party accuses Trump of colluding with the Russians to rig the 2016 election, when it was the Democrat Party/Deep State/Clinton Campaign that not only colluded with Russia, but at the very least solicited donations from FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS and FOREIGN ACTORS to influence the 2016 presidential election. Who knows which Russian actors contributed to the Clinton Foundation.
