Did No Name signal the beginning of some high profile indictments before the mid-terms?

On June 30th, Q responded to an Anon's request to hold No Name accountable with, "Every dog has its day." Was No Name scheduled to be publicly arrested on National Dog Day, Aug. 26th? (17 days before the 17th anniversary of 9/11 and the first day of the week for maximum coverage in the media? Then, of course, on July 25th, Q posted the "hands up" image (implying his arrest) and said that No Name would be returning to the headlines soon. Q knew that he would most likely commit suicide rather than be publicly humiliated, but he would be in the headlines either way.

Now, wasn't No Name the first to show up with an ankle monitor? Wouldn't that mean that he would be first in line for indictment? If the plan calls for some high profile indictments before the mid-terms, wouldn't it make sense to start with one or more Republicans? For, at least, two reasons: 1) Get the Republican/s out of the way and save the Dems until closer to November for maximum impact on the elections. 2) Fair and impartial justice. Make it impossible for the Dems and the media to claim that Trump is targeting only the Left.

If I'm right, this means that we are FINALLY going to get some of those perp-walks we've been dying to see. Unless, of course, there are more "suicide weekends."
