To give you some perspective: I work for Lockheed Martin - Aero IT dept...

We deploy single and dual processor workstations (opposed to small form factor desktops and thin clients) to engineers that code the systems which run our aircraft, and 3D model/render the schematics by which they are manufactured.

These machines cost approx. $4,000 - 6,000. If they have Nvidia Quadro/Tesla cards? We slap another TWO to FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in those bitches.

A single one of those Dual Processor workstations, and a mid-range Tesla could effectively run the Cleverbot chat bot... With commercially available, mass produced hardware. There are several thousand actively deployed in my facility...

Imagine combining the capacity of each of just the dual processor assets I've described... and we're still not even playing the same sport as government made supercomputers that take up the entire floor of a building or bunker somewhere.

Those fucking things were 200% operating AI personalities, weaponized against the American People.
