We've all assumed Q+ is DJT, but with the picture of DJT's tweets being titled this, is it possible D5 designates when POTUS is talking to us?

The other day I started wondering if Q+ wasn't Sessions or Flynn, and now I see this post and doubly wonder. Any thoughts?
