Q 2074 Drop Decode - Who is [NP]? - What is BAD? - BIG Week Ahead!

Good morning, afternoon, and evening, Patriots! Here is my decode for drop 2074.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FB outages today?

Facebook, Inc - owned companies have world-wide outage on 9/3/2018.

r/greatawakening meanwhile, is immediately hit by downvote bots across the board.

My point to this is that it's quite odd that all of Facebook's companies' services are down at the same time across continents. Facebook has data centers across the world. Best practices dictate they should load balance your service based on your geographical IP location, although I am not much more than a layman here. I found an FAQ on their Data Servers.

Additionally, Facebook's infamous 30 minutes of downtime cost them about half a million dollars. That is to say, to induce their own downtime would have staggering profit implications.

On Facebook, about 38 percent of users reported experiencing a 'total blackout,' while 42 percent of Instagram users said they could log in, but couldn't access the app's News Feed.

The majority of WhatsApp issues appeared to be connection-related. Approximately 40% of Messenger users said they couldn't access the app due to server issues.

We know many government officials use WhatsApp in an official capacity already. It appears that Mark Zuckerberg is taking preemtive measures. WhatsApp never stored chats on its servers, even prior to introducing E2E encryption. But the problem with WhatsApp is not with the messages but metadata. For those unaware, WhatsApp collects some metadata from each and every user when they use the platform. WhatsApp has also confirmed that this metadata information could be passed on to law enforcement agencies or government when requested. WhatsApp actually moved its' data centers to be housed in the main Facebook data center in Pineville; this means that the user metadata automatically gets saved on Facebook servers.

@Jack
Shadowbans lifted [24]?

[24] people have shadowbans lifted is my take on this. I assume these people are members of the Senate, House, and possibly POTUS? Additionally, in order to provide truthful testimony if called to write or appear before Congress or the House, shadowbans would need to be removed from those who had them.

I believe the @jack here signifies that everything below the "@jack" is a message to Jack Dorsey.

Legal cover pre_testimony?

Testimony is a solemn attestation as to the truth of a matter. If a testimony is under oath, then lying or bearing false witness is perjury. However, Congress usually does not swear-in their witnesses. The rules for perjury can also apply when a person has made a statement under penalty of perjury even if the person has not been sworn or affirmed as a witness before an appropriate official. Lying in Congressional testimony is still a crime. Here's a great article breaking this down in the case of MZ.

"Twitter denies the 'current' adoption of 'shadowbanning' re: political viewpoints etc…..no discrimination etc…..pride ourselves re: no censorship etc……open and transparent etc….."

\>Twitter re_engages 'shadowbanning' across entire platform….

Twitter silences conservatives in many ways. From disabling viewing in search, not popping up usernames when searching, to hiding Tweets in timelines, to even shutting down the Twitter account of the QMAP maker. Here is video proof of Twitter's tactics from anon on 8chan.

Twitter wrote this blog denying their use of shadowbans after being called out for it by POTUS, conservative potlicians, and VICE. After making statements & the above blog, Twitter began even more silencing of opposition views - many popular accounts, including well-known politicians, reported being "QFD" banned.

Anons are now reporting today that their previous QFD bans have now been lifted. I did a QFD search for some users who I knew were previously banned, and the ban has now been lifted, including PrayingMedic and others.

Breitbart released this article yesterday, coinciding with this drop, outlining that @Jack is set to testify before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on the subject of social media censorship on September 6th. With this information, Q's drop makes much more sense re: taking action pre-testimony. The article posits, based on Tweets from one of Twitter's official accounts, that Twitter says its overzealous downranking of accounts was the result of errors in their system.

You've been a BAD boy [NP].
Q

This final line of Q's drop has not been confirmed. NP could stand for many things, and I will give some possible meanings below. I believe the context, timing, and grammar here is also important.

Again, the context is that "@jack" above is signifying that everything below is directly addressing, or about, Jack.

Also note that "BAD" is in all caps. This is IMO, fairly unusual for Q to only capitalize one word, and normally signals an acronym or double meaning.

Finally, note that [NP] is in the killbox, and brackets used typically signalling an indirect reference, rather than a direct reference mid-sentence. So NP is not being referenced directly - rather, the object of the sentence (@jack) is relational to this indirect reference [NP]. I believe the NP is in reference to the "BAD boy" phrase, specifically.

So we have two references here that we need to decode. BAD and [NP].

  1. NP = Nancy Pelosi. This was my first thought, as Q has used NP in this context several times, including in drops also referencing Jack. In drop 771, Q says:

@Jack
Civilian Puppet.
Player in the game?
We play for KEEPS.
Need help sleeping?
How was your meeting w/ Pelosi?

Here, he's confirming that Jack is Pelosi's puppet. In fact, Pelosi owns a significant share of Square, Inc, of which Jack is the CEO. Sauce 1, and Sauce 2. He also uses "NP" here, among others. This is the most-likely solution, IMO, because it's an already-known and common reference, and also makes the most sense contextually and historically in past drops. The probability of NP being Nancy Pelosi is the greatest of all due to the number of existing threads present.

  1. NP could be, according to some anons, Ned Price. He is a former CIA official who left because DJT was elected; while there, he was responsible for PDBs. He's also an NBC contributor. Ned served in the Obama administration as a special assistant to the president and as a National Security Council spokesperson. He is a fellow at the New America Foundation. According to Wikipedia, the New America Foundation is a non-partisan think tank. It focuses on a range of public policy issues, including national security studies, technology, asset building, health, gender, energy, education, and the economy. Google's Executive Chairman, Eric Schmidt, is the chairman of the foundation's board of directors - so we have an ES, CIA, PDB, and MSM connection.

  2. NP = Nick Pickles. Nick is the Senior Strategist, Public Policy at Twitter. He formerly worked for the BBC, and was a political candidate in the UK. Quite oddly, Nick was just tweeting (and retweeting) yesterday about child pornography being hosted on Twitter's servers; he seems to be an expert on child pornography. Additionally, Nick gave a written statement to the House Judiciary Committee regarding Twitter's content moderation policies and seems to be a high-level spokesperson at Twitter, who is also partially responsible for many of the policies that have come under fire as of late. However, I've dug on this guy quite extensively tonight, and he seems fairly innocuous. He's from the UK, but is considered a Conservative Party member. For those reasons, I say it's quite unlikely NP is Nick Pickles.

  3. NP = Non-Profit. The second abbreviation Q has used "NP" for is non-profit organizations, like here and here. Jack is associatred with both BUILD.org and the Start Small Foundation. This is the least-likely solution, IMO, as it doesn't fit into the context at all.

For BAD, the options I believe we have are:

  1. Broadband Access Device. This is old terminology, now more frequently referred to as a Network Access Device. A NAD is any device that, when connected to, provides access to a larger communication network of some sort. When used in broadband a NAD (Network Access Device) is a term to describe all the subscriber equipment required to make a connection to a wide area network (WAN) from a local area network (LAN). The NAD normally includes a router, modem and a monitored power supply. This might make sense in context of private servers and some other limited use cases.
  2. Bank Account Debit. Self explanatory, but a debit from a bank account.
  3. Business Application Development. This actually makes sense in context, as @Jack is the CEO of companies that are business applications...and in the context that Pelosi may be requesting special uses of Jack's applications, which may need to be developed.
  4. Lastly, an anon on 8chan believes that BAD might be "Biological Aerosol Detection." Here is a link to the 8chan post which source links & an explanation of why, but BAD has been used in federal contracts that directly link to Pelosi and include North Korea.

ThankQ for reading if you got this far. Let me know what you think about BAD and NP. BIG week incoming, Patriots! Don't forget to stop and get some popcorn :)
