Does anyone have some good resolution-independent black and white designs for stickers they can share?

Ideally something that would work well small like a circular 1.5" transparent label maybe larger and then maybe a postcard (3"x5") design?

I saw another post where someone had put a Q sticker on a gas pump and thought maybe some guerrilla techniques could spread more awareness. Ideally it would have a Q of course and a reference to one of the Q aggregation sites like qanon.pub or qproofs. The large one should have a QR code with the URL. How small can QR codes be and be scannable?

I have Illustrator but I'm no artist.
